GharKaMali provides gardening services including:

Plant supply and installation
Gardening maintenance subscriptions
One-time gardening visits
Landscaping and setup projects

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate address and contact details
Ensure safe working conditions for gardeners
Provide access to water/electricity (if required)
Avoid misuse of services

Booking & Payments

All bookings must be prepaid unless agreed otherwise
Prices may vary based on scope and location
Subscription plans are billed monthly/quarterly

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation allowed up to 12 hours before service
Refunds processed within 5–7 working days
No refund for completed services

Service Limitations

Plant survival depends on customer care and environment
We are not liable for plant damage due to neglect, weather, or pests
Gardener services are limited to agreed scope

Liability

GharKaMali is not responsible for:

Damage due to misuse of tools/products
Pre-existing plant conditions
External environmental factors

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials belong to GharKaMali. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend services for misuse, non-payment, or policy violations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian laws. Jurisdiction: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
